Vibrating Feeder

ATHOX Vibrating Feeder is an economical solution for primary feeding, especially where the material is easier to transport and especially when it is desirable to remove fines. Produced in various models serving all primary crushers in the market. Athox Vibrating Feeder does not use vibrating boxes filled with oil, having vibrators at the bottom of the equipment that facilitate maintenance, which can be disassembled and allow repair work on the bench.

The equipment with linear movement has as its main constructive characteristics the reinforced structure and the linear vibratory movement that is generated by a pair of self-synchronized vibrators, allowing the transport of the material even in horizontal positions and on positive slopes and or negative inclinations.

Structure manufactured in carbon steel and mounted on steel springs. The junction between body and frames-decks, are fixed by screws and/or hulkbolt, thus avoiding weld in the side plates. To ensure the transverse rigidity, diamond tubes are connected to transverse beams.

The self-synchronism of the linear vibrating system is obtained with vibrators rotating in opposite directions, combined with their installation position in relation to the screen body.

Vibrating Chutes

ATHOX Vibrating Chutes are equipment used for the resumption of material in an industrial process, usually mineral, with the purpose of ensuring constant feeding and dosing to any subsequent equipment. They are equipment of simple design, but of robust construction to withstand the most severe working conditions.

Consists of a fixed and solidary body the unit of retention (tunnel under lung or silo stack) which in turn supports the feed trough through springs. The fixed body has an exit gate, adjustable by screws, allowing a pre-established volume of material exit.

Two motovibrators with adjustable counterweights at the ends of their axes allow us to adjust the second feed. The feed chute is covered by plates screwed to its structure for its replacement when worn.
